PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a novel analog/digital conversion device which has excellent linearity and excellent converting operation and is integrated into pixels of an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: A microelectronic image sensor device comprises: at least one detector 50 that is formed by at least one photo-detector element; at least one integration capacitor 110 associated to the photo-detector element and capable of providing at least one analog signal capable of varying at least according to a current provided by the detector; and an analog/digital conversion means for equalizing charges. Said analog/digital conversion means further comprises: a comparator 130; injector means 190 capable of modifying the analog signal by one or more injections, respectively of a given quantity of charge into the capacitor; command means capable of modulating the given quantity of charge injected according to the intensity of the current.
