PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor which is easy to install on and detach from a chassis provided in an electric equipment and can reduce an output of a spurious radiation and assembly and disassembly of the electric equipment, and an electric equipment having the conductor. SOLUTION: Locking holes 2b, 2b are provided at a chassis unit 2 provided in a liquid crystal display device and the projection parts provided in a conductor 3 are locked to the locking holes 2b, 2b, and the conductor 3 is installed between the chassis unit 2 and a backlight chassis 4, whereby, the chassis unit 2 and the backlight chassis 4 are electrically connected.
