PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly dispense tokens to a player by efficiently preventing the situation of invalidating the token dispensing operation of the player for the reason that a pachinko slot machine is in a state during a game when dispensing the tokens to the pachinko slot machine via a token dispensing machine.
