<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for electronic part which can simply and quickly remove a used cassette from the main unit of a device and mount an unused cassette thereto. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting device is provided with a main unit 1, a backup tool 6 to support the lower face of a part to which the TCP of a substrate formed on the main unit is crimped; a pressing tool 7 which is arranged above the backup tool so that it can be vertically driven, and presses the TCP to crimp it to the substrate; a cassette which is provided with a sheet that is positioned in attachable and detachable manner at a mounting position between the backup tool and the pressing tool of the main unit, and is interposed between the pressing tool and the TCP while it is still positioned; and an elevator mechanism 21 which is provided with a plurality of holding members 25a and 25b that are formed afore than the backup tool of the main unit and hold the cassette in attachable and detachable manner, and sets the height of each of the holding members when the used cassette is collected to one holder from the mounting position, and when an unused cassette held to the other holding member is mounted to the mounting position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
