PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof moisture-permeable sheet making it easy to recognize the positions of structural members or the like inside from the outside after mounted, and formed not to intercept sunlight into a building. SOLUTION: The waterproof moisture-permeable sheet 1 using a transparent material is used to improve working efficiency by facilitating danger prediction in the building field because the surrounding situation is visible, securing bright working environment without intercepting sunlight into the building field, and easily recognizing the positions of the structural members from the outside.
