<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of realizing the constant timing in which a fore end of a paper sheet reaches a regist roller by arranging paper sheet detection sensors for conveyance before and behind a pre-regist roller and determining the input pulse number and the conduction time to the pre-regist roller based on the paper sheet conveying speed detected by both sensors. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit controls the printing according to a printing condition input/set by a user by the operation of an operation panel. In this condition, the pass timing and the passing speed of a fore end of a paper sheet passing through pre-regist rollers R41, R42 are detected by two sensors 71, 72. Based on the result of detection, the rotational speed of the pre-regist rollers R41, R42 while passing the paper sheet is controlled by the input pulse number and the conduction time of pulse motors as drive sources of the pre-regist rollers R41, R42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
