A system and a method for recognizing the status of patients to prevent the unreasonable demand of insurance are provided to execute the estimation of reasonable insurance by recognizing the position information of patients using an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) scheme. A system for recognizing the status of patients to prevent the unreasonable demand of insurance includes an antenna(10), an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag(11), a reader(12), a management server(13), a database server(14), and a web server(15). The antenna generates wireless frequency signals in the hospital so as to drive the RFID tag. The RFID tag, which is attached at a suite of patients, generates a specific frequency signal. The reader, which is installed with the antenna, recognizes the information signal of respective patients transmitted from the RFID tag. The management server manages the behavior pattern of respective patients according to information received from the RFID tag. The database server stores the behavior pattern information of the patients. The web server outputs the information filtered in the management server. |
