SOLUTION: The earthquake-resistant support device comprises a fixing part 3 attached to a fixing side face 43 such as a wall surface and a support part 5 attached to a body 45 to be supported such as furniture, and the fixing part 3 and the support part 5 are provided with spongy cushion layers 7 and 9. On the surfaces of the cushion layers 7 and 9, two joining layers 39 and 41 are provided by forming acrylic intermediate layers 35 and 36 whose joining degree to the cushion layers 7 and 9 is relatively high and adhesive rubber-based surface layers 37 and 38 to be joined to the surfaces of the intermediate layers 35 and 36, and joining to the fixing side face 43 is performed by the adhesive surface layers 37 and 38.
