The zooming description parser (51b) parses a zooming description that describes zooming operation/behavior for each of the objects. The converting unit (52a) converts the structure description to a content file based on a parsing result obtained by the structure description parser 51a. The generating unit (52b) generates script language codes based on a parsing result obtained by the zooming description parser 51b.
