A mobile communication terminal having a diversity reception function is provided to carry out the diversity reception function by using one main antenna only so as to prevent signal abandoning and interference between antennas, thereby improving receive sensitivity as reducing area consumption. A transceiving processor(100) separates receiving signals received from one main antenna into a main receiving signal and a diversity receiving signal, and processes the separated signals, respectively. An MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(20) combines the main receiving signal with the diversity receiving signal from the transceiving processor(100), and controls so that the combined signals are outputted to a speaker(300). The transceiving processor(100) includes a main antenna(110), a receiving signal path dividing unit(120), a main receiving signal path unit(130), a transmitting signal path unit(140) and a diversity receiving signal path unit(150).
