A fluorescent lamp for repelling nocturnal insect and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to generate wavelength of a specific section to repel nocturnal insects like mosquitos. A manufacturing method of a fluorescent lamp for repelling nocturnal insect includes the steps of: (S10) preparing a red fluorescent lamp having a red fluorescent material applied on the inner side of a glass bulb; (S30) applying a specific mixture consisting of 8-13% of urea resin, 35-45% of acryl resin, 5-10% of xylene, 1-5% of methyl isobutyl ketone, 1-5% of N-butylacetate, 1-5% of 2-epoxy ethanol, 5-10% of gamma glycidoxypropyltrimepoxysilane, 3-6% of yellow pigment and 5-10% of a sunscreening agent to the outer side of the red fluorescent lamp; and (S40) drying the fluorescent lamp for 30-40 minutes.
