A battery inner pack in a mobile phone is provided to maximize the productivity and marketability of products by modularizing a PCM(Protection Circuit Module) and a positive/negative grounding part respectively into a PCM molding part and a middle molding part and assembling them mutually. A battery inner pack in a mobile phone includes a middle molding part(10) and a PCM molding part(20). The middle molding part(10) is formed by insert molding so as to fix a positive/negative grounding part to an appointed position. The PCM molding part(20) is formed by insert molding so as to fix a PCM(7) to an appointed position. The middle molding part(10) and the PCM molding part(20) are mutually assembled by a male/female coupling body. The male/female coupling body is formed as plugs(22) and sockets(12), correspondingly located on the PCM molding part(20) and the middle molding part(10) respectively, and is inserted/combined mutually.
