A panel for a building is provided to fulfill the function of perfect noncombustible material not to generate poisonous gas in a fire and to achieve lightweight by heating perlite and magnetite at a high temperature to foam a multi-porous structure. A panel(1) for a building is formed by fixing a board(3) between a pair of gypsum boards or metal plates(2,2') and used as an underground double wall, an internal, external or partition wall of a building, wherein the board of the panel is made by mixing 25 percent white perlite, 30 percent golden color magnetite and 30 percent yellow magnetite which are natural minerals having small particle size foamed in a multi-porous structure by heating at a high temperature over 1200°C with 15 percent cement.
