The frame (1) has a connection channel (5) connecting an open and close type movable glass plate (3) to fixed glass sections (4). A thrust element (10) is positioned in the channel to maintain the plate at an interior of the sections. A liquid e.g. water, evacuation gap is formed by cutting a fixed glass (2) to prevent the stagnation of liquid in the channel. The plate and the glass are at a same vertical level after closing the plate in a direction of the glass. A sealing element (11) is located on a upper section (6), and a rubber support (9) is located on an end of a support section (8).
