The device has a webbing with two plastic film strips between which paraffin is injected. One of the plastic film strips ensures protection of a hull of a boat and has a thickness of thirty microns without projection part. The other plastic film strip contacts with the webbing of a cargo handling gear, and has a thickness of sixty microns with projection part. The strips are integrated to ends (3) with three tapes (4) of a meter permitting fixation of the webbing on a bulwark rail of the boat.
