EXTERNAL COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVING SCALP AND HAIR CONDITION

An external composition for improving scalp and hair condition is provided to alleviate irritation such as sting and itchness of scalp induced by a scalp composition containing large amount of alcohol and secure excellent moisturizing effect. An external composition for improving scalp and hair condition containing at least 30% of alcohol comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of xylitol and betaine. Regarding the total weight of the composition, each content of the xylitol and betaine is 0.005-10 wt.%, respectively. The composition is in the form of a hair tonic or a nutritive lotion for hair.
