The construction (1) has four lower posts (11) connected to each other in two by two manner in an upper part by a connection beam (21). Each post is articulated on a ground plate (30) in pivot manner. The beam presents, with two of the adjacent posts, a single retractable portal frame in constitution with its homologous portal frame of a cell (3). A head of upper posts (22) placed on a cover edge receives an end of a gutter (42) evacuating rain water by a decent formed by succession of inner hollow volumes of the upper posts and the lower posts on which the upper posts are mounted.
