<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing method with high airtightness by easily permeating thermosetting resin in gaps between core wires, gaps between coated wires, and gaps between the core wires and the coatings, in one sealing with resin a core wire joint to which a plurality of core wires exposed from the coated wires are electrically connected. <P>SOLUTION: In the sealing method of sealing with resin a core wire joint formed by electrically connecting a plurality of wires exposed from the coated wires, the core wire joint is dipped in thermosetting resin, and the thermosetting resin is cured at a temperature range in which the thermosetting resin maintains at least for one minute a resin viscosity of 1 Pa/sec or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
