An apparatus for forming and attaching spangles for clothing is provided to attach the spangles on a fabric in wider and various intervals, thereby diversifying the design of a spangle fabric, by regulating the rotation angle of a fabric transfer shaft using a spangle attachment controlling structure. A spangle attachment controlling structure is installed at a lateral portion of a main body(1), wherein the spangle attachment controlling structure includes operating levers and latch elements. The spangle attachment controlling structure receives a rotation force of a driving shaft to be selectively operated according to operative conditions set by a controller(46). When the operative conditions are satisfied, the operating levers and the latch elements rotate a fabric transfer shaft(10) at a rotation angle, which is relatively larger than the existing rotation angle, thereby regulating the attachment interval between respective spangle lines freely through increase of transfer rate of the fabric. |
