PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise attenuation liner capable of providing desired durability, reducing resistance, and extending frequency attenuation range, and a method for manufacturing the noise attenuation liner. SOLUTION: An example liner assembly 22 includes a backing plate 24 that supports a cellular structure 26 covered by a perforated face sheet 28 including a plurality of openings 32.
