PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load of an information processing device used as a node of P2P type network in comparison with a conventional one. SOLUTION: In this communication method in the P2P network 1 constituted by three or more nodes, a request node among the nodes constituting the network 1 transmits purpose data as data of transmission purpose, and request data 7A including a node identification information for identifying a designation node for discriminating effectiveness of the purpose data among the nodes constituting the network 1, to the purpose node as an original destination of the purpose data among the nodes constituting the network 1. The purpose node makes a request to the designation node indicated by the node identification information corresponding to the purpose data to discriminate the effectiveness of purpose data included in the request data 7A received from the request node.
