PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for controlling output voltage by controlling a MOS transistor provided between input and output terminals, which can significantly reduce reverse current. SOLUTION: The power supply device controls output voltage by controlling an output control transistor Tr1 having a source and drain connected between input and output terminals T1 and T2. The device comprises an output control transistor reverse current preventive circuit 113 for preventing reverse current in the output control transistor Tr1 by controlling the back gate voltage of the output control transistor Tr1, and peripheral transistor reverse current preventive circuits 114 and 115 for preventing reverse current in peripheral transistors Tr2, Tr13-Tr14 and Tr 21 of the output control transistor Tr1 by controlling the back gate voltages of the peripheral transistors Tr2, Tr13-Tr15 and Tr21.
