PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siphon drainage system which can discharge a large amount of wastewater at one time, which is equipped with a water storage section for storing the large amount of wastewater, which prevents the wastewater from overflowing from water section fittings, whether the inside of the water storage section is subjected to positive or negative pressure, and which prevents each trap from running short of seal water. SOLUTION: This siphon drainage system with the water storage section comprises: a drain riser 4; connecting pipes 2a and 2b from the water section fittings 2A and 2B; the water storage section which is connected to the connecting pipes; a horizontal pipe 3, the opening of which is connected to the vicinity of the bottom of the water storage section; and a merging section 5 which is equipped with a water head (Hs). The horizontal pipe 3 is connected to the merging section. The siphon drainage system is equipped with a means for regulating the water level of the wastewater which is accumulated in the water storage section, and an air pipe 10, the opening of which is connected to a portion preventing the intrusion of the wastewater.
