Adjustment ring of a charging device

The adjusting ring (1) has several inwardly directed recesses (2) for receiving lever heads of vane. Each inwardly directed recess comprises two lateral edges (3,3 ') . A base (4) of each recess is in curved shape. The curvature of the edges of each recess is designed such that edges of each recess are in contact with associated lever head of vane regardless of the position of adjusting ring. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) variable geometry turbine or compressor; and (2) charging device.
