The pipe (1) has a metallic profile (1a) with different outer contours and different inner capillary structures, where the heat pipe is wrapped around with high strength fibers (6) e.g. carbon fibers, in a longitudinal direction. A wrap radius for the fibers is attained by rounded deflection pieces on the ends of the heat pipe. The flanges (2) of the profile are degraded such that a smooth surface occurs after the winding. A fiber package is soaked with an epoxy resin and is struck to the profile.
