A metal inlay to be fixed in a medullary canal is provided to prevent side effects in surgery by enlarging automatically the metal inlay under human temperature after insertion into the medullary canal. A metal inlay to be fixed in a medullary canal includes a hollow pin member(110) and a stopper(120). The hollow pin member, which is made of a SMA(Shape Memory Alloy) to be recovered based on temperature, to be inserted into the medullary canal, includes insertion holes at lower both ends and an aperture hole at an upper portion thereof. The stopper, which is inserted into the pin member through the aperture hole, includes a tension extruding portion(121) to be extruded from the pin member through the insertion hole so as to prevent movement or rotation of the pin member.
