PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to use a versatile file stationery such as so called "2-holed file" or "binder file" as the main file to accommodate when filing the subfiles and assembling them into the main file as one volume, where those subfiles are made with a plurality of numbers of group documents of a plurality of sheets and bound into small files of each group. SOLUTION: The file of this invention has a binder 4 having a pair of flexible binding legs 2, 3, a base plate 5 which is positioned with the pair of binding legs 2, 3 inserted therethrough, a cut piece section 8 with a pluralty of numbers of orifices 9 and being integrally attached in one piece to this base plate 5 and sticking out from one side of the documents 101, and a mounting member 10 formed approximately into the same size of the documents 101 and positioned at the rear surface side of the documents 101 and to hold the base plate 5 and the binder 4. The orifices 9 placed on the cut piece section 8 are arranged to have the same hole diameter and the same distance between the holes so as to fit to the "2-holed file" or "binder file".
