PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition in which feeling is soft when a human body is touched to a cured resin, and which is excellent in adhesion to a plastic substrate, in curing property, scratch resistance, and moisture resistance, and to provide a photocurable coating containing thereof. SOLUTION: The photocurable resin composition comprises a urethane compound (I) having an unsaturated group at a molecular end and a side chain, wherein the sward hardness of the coating, after the composition is hardened with light, is measured using sward hardness rocker (model C) which is set at 60 seconds of the pendulum amplitude-time in glass plate at room temperature, and the pendulum amplitude-time of the coating surface having 20μm of film thickness is≤20 seconds. The urethane compound (I) is a compound produced by urethanizing (i) a hydroxy group-containing urethane compound having a hydroxyl group at a molecular end and a side chain with (ii) an unsaturated compound having one isocyanate group in the molecule so that the hydroxyl group of the compound is blocked, and the hydroxyl group-containing urethane compound (i) is a compound produced by reacting (a) a polycarbonate compound having at least two hydroxyl group in the molecule, (b) a triol compound and/or a derivative of the triol compound, (c) a diol compound, (d) an unsaturated fatty acid hydroxyalkyl ester-modifiedε-caprolactone in which the hydroxyl value is within the range of 80-180 mg KOH/g with (e) a diisocyanate compound.
