An air mat and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to solve the problem of the heavy weight of a mat and uncomfortable feelings given by the mat by installing an air cap in the middle of the mat. An air mat includes a PVC foam sheet(1), a PVC sheet(2), an air cap sheet(3), a PVC sheet(2) and a PVC foam sheet(1). The PVC sheet is adhered to the lower part of the PVC foam sheet with an adhesive. The air cap sheet is adhered to the lower part of the PVC sheet with an adhesive. The PVC sheet is adhered to the lower part of the air cap sheet with an adhesive. The PVC foam sheet is adhered to the lower part of the PVC sheet with an adhesive. A pattern is printed on the surface of the PVC foam sheet. The air cap used in the air mat is made of PE.
