PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock for double swing doors capable of linking an sub door to a floor surface by putting a connecting shoe installed to a tip of a dead load lever in a rotatable manner into a strike hole and then pushing the sub door in its opening direction. SOLUTION: A sub door is located to its closing position; a main latch 3 and a sub-latch 27 are simultaneously acted by closing a main door; a dead load lever 6 and an acting lever 22 are lowered in an integrated manner; and a connecting shoe 19 at a bottom end of the dead lever 6 is put in a strike hole 21. When the sub door is opened, a case body 1 is pushed on the for side of the surface of a paper then the connecting shoe 19 is pressed to the strike hole 21 thereby temporarily linking the former to the latter, at the same time, a connecting pin 25 of the acting lever 22 is relatively pushed up by a sloped end edge 24 formed at an inner end portion of the connecting shoe 19, and then a linkage between the dead lever 6 and the acting lever 22 can be released.
