PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for a toilet paper holder which can solve the problem that in the conventional cutter for the toilet paper holder, when toilet paper is cut, the tip end of paper often adheres to the toilet paper roll which moves and unstably rotates, resulting in difficulty to pinch the tip end of the toilet paper. SOLUTION: A paper separator (2) is mounted on the cutter (3) for the toilet paper holder to enable the head part (5) of the toilet paper to be completely exfoliated and separated from a toilet paper roll (4) and pulled out. When the paper roll (4) is mounted on the toilet paper holder, the paper can be completely separated and used by making the head part (5) of the paper pass over the round bar of the separator (2) projecting from the backside of the cutter (3).
