PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants-type absorbent article capable of minimizing the basic weight of an elastic nonwoven fabric even if an exterior body is formed of an elastic nonwoven fabric containing polyurethane-based elastomer and obscuring a wearer's skin seen therethrough and yellowing of the polyurethane-based elastomer in the exterior body in the pants-type absorbent article having an absorbent body including an absorbent core and the exterior body joined with a skin-non-abutment side of the absorbent body. SOLUTION: This pants-type absorbent article 1 is provided with the absorbent body T including the absorbent core 4 and the exterior body 10 joined with the skin-non-abutment side of the absorbent body T, the exterior body 10 consists of an outer layer sheet 11 formed of the elastic nonwoven fabric containing polyurethane-based elastomer and an inner layer sheet 12 consisting of at least one-layer of nonelastic nonwoven fabric.
