<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify configuration with the number of diodes as a minimum. <P>SOLUTION: Each one end SWax, SWbx of a first switch SWa and a second switch SWb is directly connected to input signal lines 33, 34. The other end SWay of the first switch SWa corresponding to a corresponding key K is connected to output signal line 35 via a diode 36 for sneak prevention.
