<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide edible extra-fine powder such as grain lees pasteurized at high temperature, which solves the following problem that grain lees and the like are hardly used as food since there is no utilization because they have bad taste, smell and physicality though having rich nutritive components. <P>SOLUTION: The edible extra-fine powder such as grain lees pasteurized at high temperature is obtained by the following process: using defatted grain lees or grains with hulls as raw material; drying and sterilizing the raw material via high-temperature pasteurization; applying the dried and sterilized raw material with flavor; pulverizing the raw material into ultra fine powder having a particle size of approximately 5-12 μm by an air-flow pulverizer so as to change the feature of raw material, be improved in mixing property, have fine texture, strong elasticity, strong sweetness and excellent flavor, and thereby be utilized for various kinds of food in a wide range to be good food raw material. Composite processing of the raw material in this technique makes the raw material have novel flavor and shape and enables raw material which is conventionally difficult to be utilized, to be served as food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
