PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed sprayer which enables an accurate dispersion of a chemical in response to a target to be chemical-dispersed and the dispersion of the chemical in order that the chemical may not scatter to populated places or the like. SOLUTION: The speed sprayer has a constitution that air is introduced into an air channel 14 provided on a rear section of a vehicle main body 10, the air is delivered from a rectification part 18 opening on the side surface of the vehicle main body, at the same time the chemical is discharged from a nozzle 30, and the chemical is dispersed by the discharge of the chemical together with the air flow. In the speed sprayer, wind shielding plates 20b, 20d shielding an opening portion of the rectification part 18 are provided on a position dividing the opening portion into plural numbers circumferentially, and at the same time, a movement mechanism 24 moving the wind shielding plates 20b, 20d between a position shielding the opening portion and a position opening the opening portion is provided. The nozzle 30 is arranged outside the wind shielding plates 20b, 20d, and at the same time, is formed as an electrostatic nozzle electrizing the chemical to discharge. A controller is provided. The controller controls the movement mechanism and controls individually the movement position of the wind shielding plates to control the discharge of the chemical from the nozzle individually.
