<p>The method of pressing pellets is performed so, that a raw material of fair average fraction with water content 18 % proceeding in a open compression box shaped triaxial wedge ring with sphenoid crowding from rotating fronts of a disk and/or a rotating sphere. Diverted axes of resided disks are in one plane. A rotating spherical shape limits partly the open work compression box. Subsequently the raw material is impressed from the open compression box to an extruding openings or cavities of matrix of which get off mouldings. Pellet press consists of a hollow wedge body (1) with circular slots on its wedge-shaped surfaces, whereby the wedge-shaped surfaces are equipped with the first and the second flange (2, 3). In the first flange (2) is concentric and pivotally located the first driving disk (4), which with its front extends to the hard circular slot on the wedge-shaped surface of the hollow wedge body (1). In the second flange (3) is concentric and pivotally located the second disk (5), which with its front extends to the second circular slot on the wedge-shaped surface of the hollow wedge body (1). The inside fronts of the first driving disk (4) and the second disk (5) having spherical slots, in which is offset a sphere (7) with same radius as a radius of the spherical slots. The second disk (5) contains on concentric circle continuous openings (8) over its width, whereby axial diversion of the first driving disk (4) from the second disk (5) along with the hollow wedge body (1) and the sphere (7) features the open work compression box in the form of a space wedge-shaped ring.</p> |
