PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic filter which has a simple structure and enhances the increase of electrostatic adsorption ability with a low pressure loss by applying low voltage. SOLUTION: The electrostatic filter is provided with a net-like filter part 1 which is woven so that a longitudinal electric conduction line 10 without an insulated coverage arranged in parallel with a predetermined space and a weft yarn electric line 20 are intersected. An alternating voltage is applied by an alternating current power supply is applied between the longitudinal electric conduction line 10 and the weft yarn electric line 20 of the filter part 1. While high electric field is generated with a low voltage, a complicated electric field is generated because the insulation distance between the longitudinal electric conduction line 10 and the weft yarn electric conduction line 20 to which the electric voltage is applied by the alternating current power supply 2.
