<p>In the inventive system, the payment via a computer network is carried out in a real time mode. The system ensures the confidentiality of payments effected by its clients, since it uses its own payment channels for paying services rendered by service providers to the clients. The exchange of the client (user) unique identifiers via the Internet network makes it possible, while using a sufficiently simple channel, to rule out or reduce to a minimum tolerable level an unfair access to resources.</p> |
