A CONDENSER

A condenser is provided to prevent an end plate from being inserted over a regulated position through insertion restricting ribs to disperse end plate insertion power to prevent damage in assembling. A heat exchanger includes a plurality of tubes arranged at regular gaps, fins interposed between the tubes, and header pipes combined with ends of the plurality of tubes. The header pipe includes an end plate(112) which an end of the tube is inserted into, and a tank plate(111) combined with the end plate for forming a refrigerant passage inside. Insertion restricting ribs(115) are protruded toward the inside of the tank plate, supporting not to insert the end plate over a regulated position and having a rectangular section with respect to a length direction of the tank plate. The insertion restricting ribs are formed by press finishing, intermittently in a length direction of the tank plate.
