SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ANALYSIS OF PHOTONIC CRYSTAL AND RECORDING MEDIUM THEREFOR

A system and a method for analyzing a photonic crystal and a recording medium for the same are provided to reduce the burden of hardware by shortening the time for analyzing the property of the photonic crystal. A system for analyzing a photonic crystal comprises a photonic crystal permeability analyzer(4) for calculating a first permeability of a layer in a photonic crystal, a permeability sampler(6), a phenomenological photonic crystal property analyzer(8), a numerical permeability analyzer(10), an interpolation refractive index operator(14) and a permeability calculator(16). The permeability sampler extracts a second permeability in a predetermined wavelength band of a light source using the first permeability. The phenomenological photonic crystal property analyzer obtains a first refractive index of the photonic crystal using the second permeability. The numerical permeability analyzer obtains refractive index for the whole wave length to analyze the refractive index of a predetermined layer of the photonic crystal. The interpolation refractive index operator obtains a refractive index of a predetermined layer in the photonic crystal and calculates the refractive index of the remaining layer to analyze the entire refractive index. The permeability calculator calculates the entire permeability using the entire refractive index.
