PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ECU case attachment structure improved in workability of attachment and detachment by inserting an ECU case into an ECU concentrating/mounting box. SOLUTION: This ECU case attachment structure is structured such that each ECU case 10 provided with a male connector 13 in the outside is inserted into and attached to an ECU mounting/concentrating box 20 provided with female connectors 23 in the inside, whereby connection between both the connectors 13 and 23 is completed as well. On the front surface 11a of the ECU case 10, a rib 12 projecting vertically to its insertion direction is formed; on the front surface 21a of the ECU mounting/concentrating box 20, cutout parts 22 through which its inside surfaces communicate with its side surfaces are formed; when the ECU case 10 is brought into an attached state by inserting it into the ECU mounting/concentrating box 20, the rib 12 formed on the ECU case 10 is arranged on the cutout part 22 formed on the ECU mounting/concentrating box 20.
