On the second hinge part there are two second bearing lugs (7) that are staggered along the swivel pin and that hold the first bearing lug between themselves. In a drilled hole running through all the bearing lugs there is a friction element (10) with a torque-proof link to one or more of the second bearing lugs on only hinge part (3).
