PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze the performance of an information processing system without hindering the operation. SOLUTION: This analyzing device is provided with an acquisition part for acquiring a plurality of communication packets to be transmitted/received by each of information processors within a predetermined analysis period; a frequency calculating part for calculating the calling frequency of the service of each information processor called from the other information processors based on the communication packets about each of a plurality of division periods obtained by dividing an analytic period; a busy time calculation part for calculating a busy time as the total of time when transaction is executed by each information processor about each of the plurality of division periods; and a service demand calculation part for calculating the average processing time of each service to minimize an index showing the size of a difference between the busy time about each division period and the total calculated by multiplying the calling frequency of each service in the division period by the average processing time of the transaction for processing the service.
