PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for designing and utilizing an oligonucleotide primer used in a multiplex amplification reaction. SOLUTION: This highly multiplexed PCR method is provided by optimizing the multiplex amplification reaction and combining with an invader assay method related to the judgment of gene type by using <150 pg DNA per one reaction. The method can be utilized as a method for detecting a mutation in a pooled nucleic acid sample. Especially, by using the invader detecting assay method, it can be utilized for detecting the mutation in the pooled nucleic acid sample and for measuring an allele. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
