PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection hole member which is formed at the upper surface side of a rainwater storage three-dimensional structure to form an inspection hole for maintenance, and allows an operator to easily enter and leave from the interior of the structure, and to provide the rainwater storage structure using the same. SOLUTION: The inspection hole is formed at the upper surface side of the rainwater storage three-dimensional structure A which is assembled by combining vertical members 3, horizontal members 2, and joint members 1 connectable to the vertical members 3 and the horizontal members 2, and secures a space therein. The inspection hole member has an inspection hole member body 10A which is formed of a flat plate and has an opening 10a formed the center substantial thereof, for allowing the operator to enter and leave from the interior of the structure; and a plurality of abutting members 15 arranged on the rear surface of the inspection hole member body 10A. Thus by abutting the abutting members 15 on a peripheral portion of each horizontal member 2 connected to the joint member 1, the location of the inspection hole member can be fixed.
