PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the existence of flexures arranged in a first member from disturbing the assembling of a second member when the second member is assembled to the first member, concerning an electronic equipment housing constituted by assembling a plurality of plate members. SOLUTION: The flexures 21H, 21V projecting in the internal direction of the electronic equipment housing 1 are successively arranged at edges of corners so as to be mutually orthogonally crossed in a plate rear panel 20. Wings 32 are perpendicularly and successively arranged at both side edges of a main part 31 so as to allow a plate top cover 30 to have a substantially U shape cross section. A chamfering cut 22 is obtained in each corner of the rear panel 20 for receiving the wings 32. Eaves 23 extend to the edge of each flexure 21V successively arranged at the side edges of the rear panel 20 along the inclined side of each chamfering cut 22, and are successively arranged in the flexure 21H successively arranged at the upper edge of the rear panel 20.
