PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material that can be manufactured with a simple process, has improved characteristics as a transistor, is stable to oxygen in air, and has fully suppressed aging; to provide an organic semiconductor film using the organic semiconductor material; to provide an organic semiconductor device; and to provide an organic thin-film transistor. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material is a compound expressed by a general formula 1. In the formula, R1and R2indicate a hydrogen atom or a substituent. A1indicates a substituted or non-substituted aromatic hydrocarbon ring, or a substituted or non-substituted aromatic complex ring, while n1 indicates an integer of not less than 2.
