<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of an image sensing element, which absorbs a displacement generated by the difference of the coefficients of linear expansions of the image sensing element and a base with the fitted image sensing element. <P>SOLUTION: A CCD 11 as the image sensing element is fitted to brackets 13 as the bases through connecting blocks 14 as connectors. The connecting blocks 14 have flexures at fixed sites in the XY direction. The flexures 14 absorb the displacement generated by the difference of the coefficients of linear expansions among the CCD 11 and the brackets 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
