摘要 An apparatus for manufacturing a sewer pipe having wires to improve strength of the pipe is provided to feed a wire in a molding groove formed on the surface of the sewer pipe. An apparatus for manufacturing a sewer pipe(10) having wires to improve strength comprises a cutting device and a wire feeding device(20). The cutting device forms a molding groove on the outer surface of a dual wall sewer pipe with a blade. The molding groove is formed spirally. The wire feeding device feeds wire to the molding groove and includes a frame(21), a rail(22), a motor(24), a mount frame(26), a rotatable shaft(27), a drum(32), and a high frequency heater(31), a small extruder, and molding roller(50). The rail is installed on the frame and a rest(23) slides on the rail. The motor is mounted to two sides of the frame or one side of the frame. The rotatable shaft is rotated on the mount frame by being connected with the motor through a coupling(25). The sewer pipe is mounted to the rotatable shaft. The drum and the high frequency heater are mounted on the rest. A wire is wound around the drum and heated by the high frequency heater. Molten resin is fed through a nozzle connected with the small extruder. The molding roller presses the molten resin on a coated portion of the sewer pipe.
