PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushed rice withdrawing device of a grain sorter which overcomes the problems in that the amount of crushed rice withdrawn and the like is small while the amount of brown rice withdrawn which is whole grain is large in the separating operation by a grain sorter, and that it is easy to be scatterbrained since the timing of bag change is easy to be overlooked in the system to change the bag by only setting the bag at the withdrawing mouth. SOLUTION: The crushed rice withdrawing device of the grain sorter is characterized by installing a crushed rice mouth 2 to discharge the crushed rice collected in a crushed rice withdrawal hopper 1 and forming an overflow mouth 3 at the upper side than the crushed rice mouth 2 wherein the crushed rice mouth 2 is provided with a shutter 4 that can be opened by the weight of the crushed rice overflowed from the overflow mouth 3.
